Human Resources Department Manager, Dundee Precious Metals – Deno Gold Mining Company (DGMC), Kapan, Armenia (May 2007 – present)
For this 1500 employee zinc and copper mining operation, plan and direct programs for all human resources areas. Responsible for the delivery of HR services to 40 expatriate staff; ensuring HR compliance with both Armenian laws and DPM corporate standards; introducing and integrating (western) best practices / standards in HR; providing oversight of all HR services delivery to local staff; and supporting and implementing the on-going development of the local workforce. Responsible for developing policies and programs to meet organizational needs in both strategic human resources and in field office administration. Provide guidance and technical assistance to other administrative areas.

Organizational Development Specialist (2003 – 2007)
